Refund and Change Policy for Employment Search Consultancy Service
1. Timeframe to Request a Refund or Change
Clients can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided they have not received any service.
If the client has started receiving the service (e.g., a consultancy session), no refunds will be issued. However, they may request a session change for a valid reason within 7 days of the original session. (The reason for the session change will be under approval)
For the Monthly Plan:You must schedule four 60-minute sessions within 4 weeks and a minimum of 1 session per week. You can reschedule sessions within this 30-day timeframe. The 30-day period begins on the date of your first consulting session.
2. Conditions for Full Refund
The service must not have been used, meaning the coach or service provider has not attended any consultancy sessions.
Refund requests must be submitted via email or the contact form provided on the purchase page, clearly stating the reason for the request.
If the customer doesn’t attend the consultancy meeting there is no option for a refund. The tolerance time after the meeting is scheduled is 20 minutes for the customer.
3. Conditions for Changes
Clients may request to reschedule their consultancy sessions without additional charge, provided the request is made at least 15 days in advance.
Changes in the consultant or the focus of the service may be considered in exceptional cases but must be agreed upon by both parties (client and consultant).
4. Service Cancellation
If the employment consultant is unavailable for a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered either a new date or a full refund if no suitable alternative can be found.
If the client voluntarily cancels the service before starting, no refund will be given if 1 day has passed since the purchase.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued if the client is not satisfied with the personal or professional progress made during the service, as the service is based on the client’s effort and commitment.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
